About Meg
Meg Merriet Wahlberg is the author of the historical fiction series: Chivalry in the Shadows. Her latest release, Knitbone, is the much-anticipated sequel set in 13th century France. Meg's work has garnered praise for its rich historical detail and sweeping romance. She holds a Ph.D. in medieval literature and teaches English at Rowan University. During her academic career at Louisiana State University, Wahlberg won the Borck Essay Award and was granted the Distinguished Dissertation Award. Her short stories have been published in The Antigonish Review, Mad Scientist Journal, and Esoterotica, and her debut novel, Song of Ramona, was published with Water Street Press in 2022. In her free time, Meg practices bookbinding and participates in medieval reenactment with the Society of Creative Anachronism.
